We love food here at The George Inn.

Our owner, Pete Storey, has worked in kitchens since he was 16. Working alongside our team of chefs, we've produced a menu that showcases not only some of the best food we have to offer locally, but introduced some new world flavours from the Americas, Middle East to the Far Eastern lands of Thailand & South Korea.

Our current menu is celebrating the winter months with some hearty dishes featuring locally produced produce, using a wide range of cooking techniques from our team of talented chefs.

Our main menu is served from 12pm--9pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Sundays sees our Sunday Roast menu take centre stage!

Served 12--7pm and featuring our amazing slow roast beef sirloin with homemade Yorkshire Puddings and all the trimmings along with other weekly changing classics like fish & chips, range of pies and vegetarian options.

We are still offering our takeaway service with food available for collection during our usual food serving times. Please note that we no longer offer a delivery service.
